If you are responsible for a building, you need to know that the cleaning crew working in it after hours is covered. Here is what we carry and how we document it.
General Liability Insurance
We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Minnesota. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote — not available on request, included automatically. If your property management requires an additional insured endorsement, request it when you contact us and we will provide it.
Bonding
We are bonded, which provides coverage in the event of theft or property damage by our crew. The bond covers work performed at client premises. Details are available on request and are documented in the engagement letter provided at the start of every new account.
Workers' Compensation
Our crew is covered by workers' compensation insurance. This matters to you as the building contact because it means a crew member injured on your premises does not create a liability exposure for your employer or property management company.
22 Years in Business
22 years of commercial cleaning operations in this market. That is the most direct evidence we can provide that we have managed the operational risks — crew vetting, access protocols, property handling — that matter to a facilities manager putting a contractor in their building.
Access and Security Protocol
All access information — keys, fobs, alarm codes — is managed under a documented receipt and return protocol. We log what we hold, who holds it, and when it was last used. Codes and keys are revocable at your request with same-business-day acknowledgement.
