Maple Plain Office Cleaning serves office facilities in Maple Plain and the surrounding western Hennepin and eastern Wright County communities. We have been doing this work for 22 years.
What We Do
We clean commercial office spaces — professional suites, small corporate offices, medical billing and administrative offices, and light-industrial front offices across the Highway 12 and Highway 55 corridors. Our service range covers nightly maintenance cleaning, conference room and breakroom care, and periodic carpet and floor work.
We do not clean residential properties, and we do not operate as a franchise. The people who take your call and manage your account are the same people responsible for the work.
How We Operate
Every engagement starts with a written scope of work. That document names the specific tasks, frequencies and products for your facility. It is the baseline we clean to, and it is what you use to verify the work. If a task on the scope is not completed, we return within 24 hours at no charge.
Crew assignment is confirmed before your first clean. Access — keys and alarm codes — is managed under a documented protocol. We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations; a certificate of insurance is included with every written quote.
Who We Work For
Our typical client is an office manager, HR-facilities coordinator, or practice administrator responsible for a building between 1,000 and 15,000 sq ft. They need cleaning done right the first time, repeated reliably, and handled without requiring their attention between cleans.
